Mr. Salim Chamdia has experience in management particularly with reference to Equity & Commodity market during the tenure of Chairmanship in both exchanges; Pakistan Stock Exchange and Pakistan Mercantile Exchange with more than 28 years of experience including Finance & Accounting, Banking, Investment Advisory, Textile & Manufacturing.

Mr. Salim Chamdia is experienced Accounting & Finance professional with comprehensive hands on experience in commercial & investment banking and played a key role in Credit Committee of Summit Bank Limited in financial & credit analysis and risk management.

Mr. Salim Chamdia is Fellow Member – FCA from Institute of Chartered Accountant of Pakistan. He has worked in various senior positions at Pakistan Stock Exchange, Pakistan Mercantile Exchange, Central Depository Company of Pakistan Ltd, Summit Bank Limited & Manufacturing Spinning Industry Lucky Cotton Mills Private Limited / Pak Denim Pvt Ltd.

Brigadier Javaid Iqbal has over 36 years of diversified military experience working in both intelligence and logistics dimensions. Having a differentiating shade of commanding troops directly for about 15 years. Beside commanding an infantryBrigade of Pakistan Army having a privilege of commanding over 1000 individuals under the emblem of United Nations.

Director

Abdul Rahim Suriya is a Professional Trainer, Coach and Management Consultant. He has 35 years of experience in Accounting, Auditing, Corporate Finance and Operational Management, including 18 years of with Spencer Pharma (Pvt.) Limited. He completed Audit Training from A.F. Ferguson & Co.

Khawar Jamil Butt is an Information Technology professional and brings with him more than 30 years of diverse experience working mostly in the USA. His work experience spans business, finance and IT companies which include UBS, Lehman Brothers, JP Morgan Chase, Dell, Cisco and Computer Associates. His specialty is providing end to end technology solutions and Business Process Re-engineering. He also holds the position of Chief Technology Officer of the Group. A graduate of the Northern Illinois University in Electrical Engineering, he possesses a strong business and leadership skills and has a deep understanding of the consumer and business transformation to technology landscape.

Farid Shamim is an engineer by profession, having 20 years of extensive experience in the Oil & Gas industry. He has been associated with several multinational firms in Pakistan. He has successfully managed the diverse customer base of Pan Pakistan.

Mr. Nadeem Ahmed Butt

Director

Mr. Nadeem A Butt is a senior retired banker having worked for over 38 years in senior positions with institutions that include MCB Bank and NIB Bank. His area of expertise is audit, corporate risk management, trade finance, and treasury and profit Centre management. He has contributed materially to the overall institutional policy debate and strategy formulation. Mr. Butt holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and has attended various banking courses both locally and internationally. He also chairs the Board Audit Committee.

Mr. Shehzad Mohsin has a rich experience in the field of petroleum. He has 25 years of experience working with Shell in the field of Trading, supply chain and strategy and management consultancy. He is considered one of the top professional in the local oil industry in these areas. His wide spectrum of experience includes strategy and business development, value chain management, price risk management and trading and market analysis.

With over 18 years of diversified experience in the HR sector, Rima is a valuable member of the senior executive team at Clover Pakistan. She is currently serving as the Human Resource Director. Previously, she has served as the Corporate Head (South) at National Bank of Pakistan, and Corporate Head (SVP) at Pak-China Investment Company and Pak-Iran Investment Company. She has successfully executed several landmark projects such as Pakistan’s first LNG import and terminal transactions.

Bilal Kasbati is a Fellow member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA). He has 10 years of experience in auditing and accounting which includes engineering, chemicals, insurance, and oil and gas industries. Previously, he worked with Hascol Petroleum Limited and he completed his audit training from BDO Pakistan.

Hassan Khurshid is a qualified Chartered Accountant. He has 6 years of experience in Accounting, Auditing and Corporate Finance which includes working experience in United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. He completed his Audit Training from KPMG Taseer Hadi & Co.

Zohaib Yaqoob is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a Fellow member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA). He has 14 years of experience in Accounting, Auditing, Corporate Governance and Corporate Finance. He has worked in various senior positions at Halliburton Worldwide Limited (UAE), Gemalto Middle east FZ LLC (UAE) and Arif Habib Group – Pakistan.
